SHOTGUN PLAYERS
Sassafras World's Fair
Join us as we shake things up with interactive games, themed raffles, and adventurous live auction prizes!
The World’s Fairs were international exhibitions of scientific, technological, and artistic achievements. They were known to showcase innovations that were sneak peeks into what life in the future would hold.
The beneficiaries of the Make a Difference Program, M.A.D. fellows and audience members, are that future for Shotgun Players and our local arts community. The support we give them today is the groundwork for the “world of tomorrow.”

The Location
Impact Hub is an entrepreneurial and co-working space that supports professional and personal growth in the heart of Oakland. Not only is it conveniently located with tons of parking and close to BART, but its values are right in-line with Shotgun: authenticity, radical inclusivity, creativity, and respect. We can’t wait for you to join us in this modern, sleek, industrial space that is just perfect for Sassafras!
The Caterer
Renowned Bay Area chef, Hugh Groman, will work with us again this year to create a dynamic menu featuring the freshest local ingredients. Knowing our penchant for play-themed cocktails, he's promised to come up with something delicious to celebrate this special night.
