Join the front of house team for a night! The usher’s responsibility is to distribute programs, help with seating (hour and half preshow) and do a little general site upkeep after each performance (ten minutes) with no uniform. Ushers get to see the show that they assist with the added bonus of representing Shotgun to the public.
This position could mean helping upstairs in a range of different departments (Box Office, Development, Marketing or Casting) as the need arises. These needs can be a range of activities such as helping with bulk mailings, making phone calls, data entry, or just general organization.
Work alongside our talented designers and artists to create beautiful sets, costumes, light fixtures and more. We are always looking for stitchers, painters and other creative types, or people who just want to learn more about how we make it all happen.
