Description

Cassandra records an album of songs entitled This World, a time capsule of truths for anyone in the future who will listen. Featuring songs by Berkeley native Malvina Reynolds and inspired by Greek mythology, The Cassandra Sessions: Recording This World is a new music-theater piece about making meaning of the world by making music about it.

Getting tickets & coming to the theater

In-person capacity for this show is currently capped at 75%, but we reserve the right to increase this cap depending on public health recommendations. If you are not comfortable sitting next to or near individuals outside of your household, we recommend that you join us for our live stream performances! Live stream performances

We are thrilled to offer digitalm options for patrons who are unable to join us at the theater! We have two scheduled live stream performances for this show: Friday, December 10 & Friday, December 17 at 8 PM.

Patrons can purchase tickets on our Overture+ page . Be sure to double-check that you are reserving for your preferred date before completing your purchase.

Shotgun subscribers can use their subscription tickets for live streamed shows! If you are a subscriber who has not received your access code to book live stream tickets, please email us at boxoffice@shotgunplayers.org

After you purchase a ticket to a live stream performance, you will be emailed a custom link to access the live stream on the day of the performance. This link is unique to the individual who purchased the ticket and can not be shared with others.

Pay-what-you-can performances

Our previews on Thursday, December 2 & Friday, December 3 are pay-what-you-can shows, meaning that you set the preferred price of your ticket!

Due to the limitations of our ticketing software, we have a select handful of possible ticket prices for these shows. However, if you would like to pay a price not listed on the website, we can help!
