Due to the small size of our theater, and for the safety of actors and audience, we cannot guarantee late seating or re-entry once a performance has started. To ensure you have plenty of time to relax, grab a drink, fill out a raffle form, use the restroom, and comfortably find your seat—especially if traffic or transport delays occur—we highly recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before showtime. Some productions may allow late seating or re-entry during designated breaks. In those cases our friendly front of house staff may ask for you to wait in the lobby for a specific moment before entering or re-entering the theater mid-performance.

We offer an in-person waitlist for every sold-out performance. To join the waitlist, simply check in with our staff at the box office, and they will collect your information. Please note that spots cannot be reserved in advance over the phone or online. The waitlist operates on a first-come, first-served basis, with Shotgun Players subscribers receiving first priority. Wait lists start one hour before the performance, so the earlier you arrive, the better your chances!

Once you’re on the waitlist, feel free to take a stroll or enjoy concessions in our lobby. At showtime, we will assess seat availability. While being on the waitlist does not guarantee a ticket, it does guarantee you a chance, and we normally get everyone in.

Our of respect for our artists, we kindly ask that no babes in arms or small children enter the theater. However, we welcome young adults to experience the magic of live performance! Please note that tickets for younger attendees are sold at the parent’s discretion. No need to print your tickets! They’ll be available at Will Call starting one hour before each performance when the lobby opens. Need to transfer your tickets to someone else? They can pick up the tickets under your name at Will Call, hassle-free! There is no need to let us know in advance that someone else will be using picking up your tickets.
